2.  Stroll through Haight-Ashbury.

This iconic neighborhood is known for its hippie history and bohemian vibe. There are plenty of interesting shops and cafes to explore, so take your time and soak it all in.

3. Taste your way through Chinatown

San Francisco’s Chinatown is the oldest and largest Chinatown in North America. Stroll through the neighborhood and sample some delicious Chinese cuisine. You might even find some unique souvenirs to bring home with you!

4. Catch a movie at the Presidio Social Club

This hip spot in the Presidio serves up gourmet comfort food with a side of live entertainment. On Friday nights, they screen classic films on their outdoor movie screen. Admission is free, but advance registration is required

5. Visit the Wave Organ

This one is definitely for the music lovers out there! The Wave Organ is a musical instrument that uses the ocean’s waves to create unique soundscapes. It’s located at Aquatic Park, so you can also take a dip in the water if it’s a nice day!

6. Explore Muir Woods

This gorgeous redwood forest is just a short drive from San Francisco. Admission is free for locals with proof of residency.

7. Watch the boats at Fisherman’s Wharf

Fisherman’s Wharf is a popular tourist destination that is always bustling with activity. Watch the fishermen unload their catch of the day or take a ride on one of the historic streetcars.
