I have been a tenant of Key Opp for almost 7 years now and hands down he is the best landlord I have ever had. On the rare occasion there is an issue, the team is extremely responsive. From the minute I reach out, Lawrence and his team are all over it. If necessary they work around your schedule and help make the process easy from start to finish. The video they took of the property was really great for us to get an idea prior to seeing it in person. Lawrence took Covid-19 very seriously when we saw the property, following a strict safety protocol. Their application process is very robust as well. Most of all, we felt that Lawrence was really great throughout, listening and addressing all of our questions and concerns. He seems to really care about the tenants and getting the right fit for both the landlord and the tenants.

Kelly was extremely helpful, friendly, and reachable. She quickly reaponded to all of our texts and emails.
