That’s why we’re excited to announce a major upgrade: we’re transitioning to a brand-new platform, Rentvine, to power all resident, owner, and vendor portals starting June 19, 2025.
This change means faster service, smarter tools, and a more seamless experience across the board.
For Residents: A Better Way to Manage Your Home
Whether it’s submitting a maintenance request or reviewing lease documents, your new Rentvine portal puts everything at your fingertips.

Important Dates for Residents:
- June 19: Our old resident portal will be deactivated. No more rent payments or maintenance requests will be accepted there.
- By June 19: You’ll receive an invitation from noreply@mail.rentvine.com to activate your new portal account.
- July 1: First rent payment will be processed through Rentvine.
⚠️ If you use autopay, be sure to cancel it in your old portal or with your bank before June 19.
For Owners: Streamlined Oversight of Your Investment
Managing one or multiple properties just got easier. Rentvine introduces powerful portfolio management tools with enhanced financial transparency.

Please download any records or reports you may need for your files. - By June 19: Look for your Rentvine invite from noreply@mail.rentvine.com.
For Vendors: Easier Communication & Job Tracking
Rentvine is also making life easier for vendors by organizing tasks, access times, and communication all in one place.
Key Benefits:
If you’re a vendor working with us, we’ll begin onboarding you in late June. Expect an invite and instructions shortly after June 19. No action is needed at this time unless requested by our team.
What to Expect Next
On or before June 19, you’ll receive an email from Rentvine to activate your account.
Click the “Accept Invitation” button and follow the setup instructions. The process is quick, and we’ll include a helpful video tutorial to walk you through it.
