“There is only one thing better than owning your own house— and that’s NOT owning it! I say this because repairs and maintenance can be costly, tedious, time-consuming and aggravating. All we (my husband and I ) have to do is call Key Opp Management team and someone responds usually immediately ( at least in a timely manner based on the complaint/request for support). Someone comes to assess the problem — be it plumbing, electric, the need for a new appliance, or something as simple as the need to change the fire alarm, what ever it is. Key Opp makes a plan and initiates action. NOT me playing telephone tag ex. with a plumber I may not even know. Key Opp has the connections at their finger tips. Lawrence was quick in scheduling a tour of the unit we were interested in, and was friendly and answered any and all questions we had.
